Juan Pablo Arias Muñoz is a writer-director from Chile who draws upon fantastical storytelling and magical realism from his Latin American heritage to create emotional and thought-provoking films.
His award-winning work has been exhibited at over sixty film festivals around the world including the New York Film Festival, AFI Fest, Stockholm International Film Festival, Seattle International Film Festival, Los Angeles Latino Film Festival and SITGES Fantastic Film Festival. His debut feature entitled PUMPKINHOLE is available for streaming on Apple TV and Prime Video.
Throughout his career he has received support from the HBOACCESS DIRECTING program, PGA CREATE, the BMP BREAKTHROUGH ARTIST program, the National Association of Latino Independent Producers, the Hola Mexico’s Tomorrow Filmmaker’s Today and the FULBRIGHT SCHOLARSHIP, one of the most widely recognized and prestigious programs in the world. In 2022 he was director shadow during the second season of HBO’s Perry Mason and the first season of the upcoming Amazon’s CROSS series.
Juan Pablo received an MFA in Directing from the American Film Institute Conservatory and obtained a BA in Social Communication and Audiovisual Directing from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile.
Tiffany K. Guillen is a Latina writer, director, and producer. She is a published playwright, DGA Jury Award winner, student Emmy Nominee, Miami Herald's Silver Knight Winner, and HollyShorts Award Winner.
A graduate of Barnard College at Columbia University and USC's School of Cinematic Arts, Tiffany has directed numerous projects and co-directed Warner Brother's feature film, "Voodoo Macbeth." Her most recent film, “Welcome Back,” has received numerous accolades, including a student Emmy nomination, Director's Guild Jury Award, and wins at prestigious festivals such as Diversity in Cannes, UN Women’s Global Voices Festival, and Hollyshorts. The film is now streaming on HBOMax, and has led to Tiffany being chosen as a Viewfinder fellow for Paramount TV.
Tiffany is also the co-founder of Creative X Entertainment, a media company with clients including Netflix, Starbucks, and Hollister; and remains fiercely committed to amplifying underrepresented voices through her upcoming projects.
